Shown in most photos with a petticoat underneath, last photo is shown without. Petticoat is not included. Has a little strap attached to one of the back straps which I think may be to tie the straps together? I'm not sure! Some faint discoloration near bottom as shown in last detail photos, not very noticeable when worn but could probably be soaked out.
